Terms & Conditions
We at U River Cruises want to do everything we can to make sure your trip is enjoyable and worry-free. Please review the terms and conditions as payment of a deposit represents an acceptance of the U River Cruises Terms and Conditions.
Your agreement is with Uniworld River Cruises Limited (“U River Cruises”), Company Number 58915, a company registered in Guernsey whose registered office address is Travel House, Rue du Manoir, St Peter Port, Guernsey, Channel Islands GY1 2JH. A contract will come into existence between us when you make a reservation with us.
All contracts with U River Cruises are made subject to the terms of these booking conditions and are governed by English law and the jurisdiction of the English Courts, you may however, choose the jurisdiction of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you wish to do so.
The invalidity of any provisions herein shall not affect the validity of any other provisions. The agreement shall be construed as though the invalid provision was not contained herein and was replaced with an enforceable provision as similar as possible to the original provision.
All fares are in Pound Sterling, per person, based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted. Fares are capacity controlled and are subject to change at any time without notice. Availability of all bedroom categories cannot be guaranteed. Fares for single guests are available upon request. Additional restrictions may apply.
Reservations and Payments
A deposit of at least 15% of the cruise/tour fare (cruise/tour plus pre and or post land extensions, less applicable discounts), per person is required within three (3) days of booking or the reservation will automatically be cancelled. If you pay in full at time of booking, standard cancelation fees apply. The balance of the price of your travel arrangements must be paid at least 120 days before your departure date, or as advised at the time of booking and stated on your confirmation invoice. If the balance is not paid when due, we reserve the right to cancel your travel arrangements and retain your deposit.
Credit Card Bookings
Uniworld must be provided with your credit card number when making your reservation directly with us. The reservation is not confirmed until the credit card transaction is completed. For security purposes, we collect the guests’ credit card billing address and customer verification code. Please note that Uniworld does not charge any additional fees when using a Credit Card.
Funds paid to a Travel Agent for all passengers included in the booking will be held by the Agent on our behalf. Once the booking is confirmed, the Travel Agent will promptly transfer the funds to U River Cruises, along with any accrued interest. All funds paid to us–whether directly or via a Travel Agent–may be disbursed by Uniworld at our sole discretion.
U River Cruises may offer guests the ability to be waitlisted on some sold out departures. If you choose to make a waitlist, a fully refundable deposit of £150 per booking is required at the time the waitlist is made and can only be paid by credit card. U River Cruises will contact guests when their requested accommodations become available. Pricing will be effective from the date the waitlist request was created. Once a waitlist request is confirmed, standard payment and cancellation policies will apply to the new booking. You can remain on the waitlist until the day of departure, after which the waitlist will automatically cancel and we will refund all monies paid to U River Cruises. If you wish to cancel your waitlist before this time, please contact our Reservations department.
Items Not Included in the Published Price
These include, but are not limited to, airfares to and from your destination; airport/departure taxes; excess baggage charges; aircraft seat assignments; arrival and departure transfers; meals not detailed in the itinerary; cost of passport and visas; taxes; phone calls; laundry; all items of a personal nature; items not included on regular menus; beverages (except for water, tea and coffee – available at the self-serve coffee station); expenses for additional sightseeing not specified in the itinerary; and health, accident, baggage or travel protection plans.
Alcoholic Beverages Onboard
Spirits, wine and beer are available for purchase onboard. U River Cruises reserves the right to prohibit and retain all alcohol bought ashore for consumption onboard the vessel.
Gratuities are included
All transfers offered are at an additional cost, group or private car.
Munich Airport to Regensburg ship, two transfers are available for purchase, one at 1:00pm and the second at 4:00pm
Regensburg ship to Munich Airport, two transfers are available for purchase, one at 7:00am and the second at 10:00am
Private Car Transfer: Private car transfers, up to two guests per car are available on day of embarkation and disembarkation only. Transfers include: Amsterdam Airport to Amsterdam Ship and vice versa, Budapest Airport to Budapest Ship and vice versa, Frankfurt Airport to Frankfurt Ship and vice versa, Paris, Charles de Gaulle Airport to Paris Ship and vice versa and Munich Airport to Regensburg Ship and vice versa.
U River Cruises wants to help make your entire travel experience as seamless as possible, so we offer a service to arrange UK flights at the time of booking. Clients booking their own flights need to check with their reservations specialist to ensure flights are booked into and out of the correct airports. Some cities have more than one airport and transfers operate out of specific airport.
Changes to flight itineraries, airlines and name changes may result in charges by U River Cruises and/or the airline concerned being passed on to the passenger. Any airline delays or itinerary changes causing you to miss the cruise or cruise/tour start date will be your responsibility to connect with the group and any additional costs will be your responsibility and not U River Cruises. Many airlines now require the full name of all passengers travelling. Where you are booking a holiday including flights, we will therefore ask you at the time of booking to provide us with the full names of each member of your party, together with their passport number, and its date and place of issue. Please ensure that the names provided are exactly as stated in the relevant passport.
In accordance with EU Regulation 2111/2005 we are required to advise you of the actual carrier operating your flight/connecting flight/transfer. Any changes to the actual airline after you have received your tickets will be notified to you as soon as possible and in all cases at check-in or at the boarding gate.
For airline arrangements made by U River Cruises, cancellation charges will apply of £50
Airline Availability: Seats are limited in our contracted class of service and may not be available on every flight.
U River Cruises does not hold block space on any airline and does not assure seat availability for every single Cruise or Cruise Journey departure date.
Airline Seating: Not all airlines offer pre assigned seats. Some may charge for pre assigned seats. Any additional charge imposed by airlines will be at guests’ expense. Where pre-assigned seats are not offered or different seats are desired, guests must contact the airline(s) direct to arrange seating assignments. Seating is solely under the airline’s control, as are itinerary changes due to flight delays and schedule changes. U River Cruises reserves the right to offer alternative schedules for itineraries affected by airline schedule changes and equipment. Flight delays, flight cancellation and schedule changes are the responsibility of the airline. U River Cruises will not be responsible or liable for such delays, rescheduling or any additional costs incurred.
A fee of £50 per person will be charged for name changes or name corrections together with any airline penalties and other charges incurred.
Airline Special Requests
Seat assignment and special meal requests can be requested at time of booking. U River Cruises does not assure the request will be granted. Frequent Flyer miles can be accrued on most air carriers. Upgrades using mileage is not permitted. Many airlines do not automatically add frequent flyer numbers to records for flights booked and ticketed by U River Cruises. It is therefore the guest responsibility to request frequent flyer credit from the airline. U River Cruises shall not be responsible for matters concerning frequent flyer miles.
U River Cruises allows one (1) suitcase, one (1) carry-on bag, and one (1) personal bag (handbag, computer case, etc.) per person onboard our ships and motorcoaches. Airlines may have baggage restrictions; please check with your air carrier before your flight. Keep an eye on your baggage—it is your responsibility throughout the trip. U River Cruises is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to baggage and/or personal belongings.
U-documents will be ready to download 60 days prior to embarkation. Your booking must be paid in full and your passenger information completed before U-documents will be available.
Passports & Visas
A valid passport is required for travel. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the scheduled return date of the vacation/holiday. You should check with your Travel Agent or Consulate Service for information regarding necessary travel documentation. Any visa(s) or other documentation required for a particular itinerary is the sole responsibility of the guest. U River Cruises will not be responsible for any delays, damages, and/or losses including missed portions of your vacation/holiday related to improper documentation. Due to government imposed security/immigration measures, passports and emergency contact information is required for all guests prior to release of travel documents.
A fee of £50 per person, per change and any further cost we incur will be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed unless the change increased the price of the booking.
We will try to make your requested change but it may not be possible.
Changes to the itinerary or date made within 120 days of departure date will be treated as a cancelation. Cancelation fees will apply except when the change is to an earlier departure date and the holiday price is equivalent or greater, in which case a £50 (or more) per person amendment fee will be charged.
Please note: Changes to the itinerary or date made prior to 120 days of departure can only be made within the same calendar year of their departure date.
Cancellation and Cancellation Fees
• £150 is non-refundable.
• Notice of your cancellation must be received in writing by U River Cruises. Any change or substitution of a passenger will be deemed a cancellation of the reservation and the applicable cancellation charges will be applied.
• We hope nothing will come between you and your U River Cruises holiday. Should you need to cancel your
booking or any portion of it, your cancellation must be received in writing. It will be effective on the date of
receipt. Cancellation charges, per person and based upon the date of cancellation, are as shown in the following

** Fare is defined as the cost of your reservation purchased from U River Cruises.
These cancellation fees are in addition to any cancellation fees or charges that may be levied by your Travel Agent. There is no refund for unused services or for unused portions of the trip.
COVID-19 Rebook Cancellation Terms
Funds applied to a reservation in the form of a Funds Transfer of the penalties on a cancelled booking due to COVID-19, are non-refundable. Once applied to a reservation, should your travel plans change 120 days or more prior to the departure date a Future Travel Certificate will be issued in the same amount originally applied less any non-refundable items on the booking. Should your plans change less than 120 days prior to the departure date of the reservation these funds are non-refundable and will not be applicable to a future booking. Note: funds applied in in the form of a Funds Transfer of the non-penalized portion of a cancelled booking are subject to the standard cancellation schedule of the new booking.
Advanced, Cancelled, or Delayed Sailing
You can count on the value of U River Cruises’ experience and regional knowledge to make sure you enjoy your holiday even when conditions beyond our control occur. The very nature of a river, its sources, and networks of bridges and locks, means that there will be times when weather or other conditions in a region require U River Cruises to make adjustments and/or modifications to an itinerary. Although every effort will be made to keep itineraries, vessels and hotels as shown in our brochure, U River Cruises reserves the right to substitute itineraries, hotels or vessels. In such cases, we will do everything we can to make sure the locations visited, the excursions taken and the hotels or vessels offered are similar to the ones originally planned. We will notify you or your travel agent of changes. If your enjoyment may be diminished by such limitations, please check with us or your Travel Agent before making a reservation.
In the event, we do make a major change to your holiday (which does not include, for example, change to aircraft type, change of vessel or change of accommodations to another of the same standard) we will inform you or your Travel Agent as soon as reasonably possible if there is time before your departure date. You will either have the choice of accepting the change of arrangements, accepting of an offer of alternative travel arrangements of comparable standard from us if available (we will refund any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value, but these booking terms and conditions will continue to apply to any alternative booking), or canceling tour booked holiday and receiving a full refund of all monies paid.
Where we make a major change to your holiday, you will also be entitled to compensation unless the change arises for unusual or unforeseeable reason outside of our control (also referred to as reason of “force majeure”. And includes war (and threat of war), riot industrial dispute, actual or threatened terrorist activity and its consequences, civil disturbances, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, epidemics, pandemics, unavoidable technical problems with transportation and any other similar events). The level of compensation will depend on when we inform you of the major change, although this does not exclude you from claiming more if you are entitled to do so.
If due to unexpected technical or other unforeseen circumstances, it becomes necessary to change a guest’s stateroom onboard, any change to stateroom category will result in eligibility for a refund equal to the fare difference between the category booked and the category of relocation.
Security is a major concern to all of us and the situation globally is constantly changing, Events around the world, coupled with the “Travel Advisories” put out by various governments, may at times necessitate changes to the accommodations and itinerary or even trip cancellation. You must accept these risks involved in travel to any country that may experience security difficulties and accept responsibility for your own travel decisions.
Refunds and Penalties
Illness or Absenteeism: In the event of your withdrawal from a cruise or cruise/tour after commencement for reasons of illness, you must obtain a medical certificate in support of any insurance claim. We regret that no refunds can be made for absences from a cruise and cruise/tour, including but not limited to missed meals or sightseeing. U River Cruises makes no representation or guarantees concerning reimbursements of funds paid by you under any insurance claim.
General Information and Conditions
Personal Responsibility—COVID-19 Warning
We have introduced these enhanced hygiene protocols—for you, our other guests and our team members.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Department of Health and Social Care, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
We ask that you please take personal responsibility for your well-being. This begins with packing any personal protective equipment and sanitizers you require. Please adopt physical distancing and hygiene practices throughout your pre-trip travel arrangements and follow all health instruction whether physical signage, or requests from our professional staff, once you are holidaying with us.
In choosing to travel with U River Cruises, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Medical Issues:U River Cruises does not employ staff doctors or nurses. Should you need medical attention, it will be at local facilities, at your expense. U River Cruises is not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of medical services, or for the quality of medical care or medical services you receive.
Health and Mobility: The Company strives to provide a safe, enjoyable, and memorable travel experience for all passengers. The Company welcomes passengers with special needs or disabilities. However, please note the following:
• Passengers are required to advise U River Cruises, in advance, of any physical, medical, or other special needs that require accommodation.
• All guests must ensure they are medically and physically fit for travel. U River Cruises may impose safety requirements necessary for the safe operation of the tour. The Company may also exclude an individual from participating in a tour or an activity if that individual’s participation poses a direct threat to health or safety.
• U River Cruises does not provide personal devices (such as wheelchairs, hearing aids or prescription eye glasses) or services of a personal nature (such as pushing a wheelchair or assistance in eating, toileting or dressing). A companion capable of providing such assistance must accompany any passenger who requires services of a personal nature.
• U River Cruises does not employ medical personnel. Any necessary medical attention will be provided by a local facility at the passenger’s expense. U River Cruises is not responsible or liable for any losses or costs incurred as a result of medical services obtained while on tour, or for the quality of the care or services received. Passengers should be aware some tours include rough terrain, extensive walking over cobblestone streets, uneven pavement, steps and locations which may not be easily accessible or accessible by wheelchair. During the tour, U River Cruises may make arrangements with carriers, hotels and other independent suppliers to provide travel services. These parties are independent entities over which U River Cruises has no control. Accommodations on international tours may differ from those in the United Kingdom. U River Cruises cannot guarantee disability access or accommodations for passengers travelling on international tours. U River Cruises may, in its sole discretion, decline the booking of any passenger or remove any passenger who cannot comply or refuses to comply with U River Cruises’ terms and conditions. U River Cruises is not responsible for any costs incurred in the event a passenger is removed from a tour. Passengers agree not to hold U River Cruises or any of its related entities liable for any actions taken under these terms and conditions.
You must be 18+ years of age at the time the cruise begins.
U River Cruises may, in its sole discretion decline the booking of any passenger, or remove any passenger who cannot comply with U River Cruises' terms and condition. U River Cruises is not responsible for any costs incurred in the event a passenger is removed from the cruise. Passenger agree not to hold U River Cruises or any of its entities liable for any action taken under these terms and conditions.
Travel Insurance: U River Cruises recommends that passengers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Some countries have a requirement for foreign visitors to have valid medical insurance on entry. Uniworld cannot be held responsible if a passenger is denied entry for being unable to provide details to the authorities of such insurance.
Smoking Policy: For the comfort of all our Guests, smoking is only permitted on the sun decks of our ships. Smoking is not permitted on motorcoaches. This policy applies to all forms of smoking materials, including vapour e-cigarettes.
Recreational Drugs & Illegal Substances:
The possession and use of recreational drugs and illegal substances onboard any U River Cruises ship is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate removal of the guest(s) at their own expense.
Diets: Please advise the U River Cruises reservation agent of specific dietary considerations and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Pets, including service animals, are not permitted on U River Cruises trips.
Your Cruise/Tour Ticket Contract
Transportation aboard the ship is provided solely by the ship owners and charterers pursuant to the terms and conditions of the cruise or cruise/tour ticket contract that you will receive prior to embarkation. A copy of the form of the cruise/tour ticket contract terms and conditions will be provided upon request. Please note that the cruise/tour ticket contract includes a clause specifying the courts of Basel Switzerland as the exclusive forum for resolving disputes. The cruise/tour ticket contract is governed by the law of Switzerland and is subject to limitations of liability and time limits for making claims under the Athens Convention Relating to the Carriage of Passengers and their Luggage by Sea, 1974 (“Athens Convention”) and the International Convention on Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims, 1976 (“1976 Convention”). Where the terms of this Contract conflict with any applicable mandatory provision of law or international convention, including, where applicable, the Strasbourg Convention on the Limitation of Liability in Inland Navigation, 2012 (the “CLNI Convention”), the provisions of that law or convention prevail. Copies of applicable Conventions are available on request.
1. U River Cruises shall be responsible to the passenger for supplying the services and accommodations described in this brochure, except where such services cannot be supplied or the itinerary used is changed due to delays or other causes of whatever kind or nature beyond the control of U River Cruises. In such circumstances, U River Cruises will do their best to supply comparable services, accommodations, and itineraries and there shall be no refund in this connection.
2. This brochure represents the entire agreement between the passenger and U River Cruises.
3. In the absence of their own negligence, neither U River Cruises nor their agents or cooperating organizations shall be responsible for any cancellations or for acts of any other service providers concerned, diversions or substitution of equipment of any act, variations, postponements, omission or default whatsoever by air carriers, land carriers, hoteliers or hotels, transportation companies, or any other persons providing any of the services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof, such as changes in services, accommodations or facilities necessitated by same. Nor shall they be liable for any loss or damage to baggage or property, or for injury, illness or death, or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising from loss, negligence or delay from the act, error, omission default or negligence of any person not their direct employee or under their exclusive control, including any act, error, omission, default, or negligence of any country, government or governmental authority, officer or employee. All baggage and personal effects are at all times and in all circumstances at the risk of the passenger. Baggage insurance is recommended. The carriers, hotels and other suppliers who provide services on tour are independent contractors; they are not agents, employees or servants of U River Cruises or their associated companies. U River Cruises are not responsible for any criminal conduct by third parties. Where the passenger occupies a motorcoach seat fitted with a safety belt, neither U River Cruises nor their agents or cooperating organizations or service providers concerned will be liable for any injury, illness or death or for any loss or damages or claims whatsoever arising from any accident or incident, if the safety belt is not being worn at the time of such accident or incident.
4. Transportation companies, airlines etc. are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board planes, transportation or conveyances. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or transportation companies when used shall constitute the sole contract between the airline, transportation company and passenger or purchaser of this tour and U River Cruises assume no responsibility in his connection. Enrolment in and payment for a cruise/tour shall constitute agreement and acceptance by the passenger of the terms and conditions set forth in this brochure which cannot be varied except in writing by an officer of U River Cruises.
Every effort is made to ensure brochure accuracy at the time of going to press; however, U River Cruises cannot be held responsible for printing or typographical errors, or errors arising from unforeseen circumstances.
If you decide that you do not want to visit a country or part of a country you intended to visit because of any law, condition or requirement of any government or governmental authority, official, servant or agent, you are responsible for any costs, expenses, charges, fees, losses or damage incurred as a consequence and any cancellation or amendment fees. None of the companies in the U River Cruises group of companies, or any of their servants or agents, accept any responsibility or liability for your acts, omissions, defaults, conduct, state of health, condition or circumstances.
Omissions: U River Cruises is not responsible for omissions, printing and/or presentation errors in brochures, on Internet sites, or in any other media where such information may be presented; we reserve the right to make corrections as required.
Save for where negligence can be shown on the part of U River Cruises or its agents, co=operating organizations or service providers, where the guest occupies a motorcoach seat fitted with a safety belt, neither U River Cruises nor its agents or co-operating organizations or service providers concerned will be liable for any injury, illness or death or for any loss or claims whatsoever arising from any accident or incident, if the safety belt is not being worn at the time of such an accident or incident. This exclusion and limitation of liability shall not be used to imply that the Operator or its agents or affiliated entities are liable in other circumstances.
Our liability is also limited by the contractual terms of the companies that provide the transportation for tour travel arrangements (which are incorporated into this contract) and international conventions which may apply to the services provided by us, our suppliers or agents with respect to any claim of any nature brought by you against us as a result of the provision of those services. International conventions which apply may include: Warsaw Convention 1929, (as amended by Hague Protocol and Montreal Protocol) in relation to air travel or Montreal Convention: the Berne Convention for rail travel; Athens Convention 1974 for carriage by sea; The Geneva Convention for carriage by road and the Paris Convention 1962 for accommodation. We are to be regarded as having all the benefits of these conventions on limiting our liability in relation to any claim for death, injury, loss damage and delay to guests and luggage.
It is your responsibility to comply with the terms, conditions or requirements of any service provider, or any country or governmental authorities, or to bear any costs or losses incurred as a consequence of you not complying with them.
Your booking arrangements are to be made by your Travel Agent and the person affecting the booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions.
Data Protection Statement
In order to process your tour booking, U River Cruises will need to use personal information for you and other guests included in your booking. This personal information may include each guest’s name, address, phone number, email address, passport number, credit/debit card number and sensitive information such as health, medical, dietary, mobility, religious or other special requirements. This personal information may be passed on to other suppliers of your travel arrangements in addition to public authorities (such as customs and immigration), security and credit checking organizations, and otherwise as required by law. Similarly, we may also need to provide personal information to contractors who provide services to or for us (e.g., sending mail, processing payments, providing marketing assistance). This may involve sending personal information (including sensitive information) to other countries that may not afford the same level of protection of personal information.
We may also use the personal information you provide us to review and improve the cruises and services that we offer, and to contact you (by post, email and/or telephone) about other tours and services offered by U River Cruises that you may be interested in. If you don’t want to receive this information, or if you want a copy of the personal information we hold about you, write to us at U River Cruises per address details below. U River Cruises may charge a fee for supplying you with this information as permitted by law.
COMPLAINT PROCEDURES & CONSUMER PROTECTION
If you have a problem during your holiday please inform U River Cruises’ Hotel Manager/local representatives immediately, who will try to make things right. If the matter was not resolved locally, please write to U River Cruises’ Guest Relations department at 58 Av. Louis Casai, CH-1216 Cointrin, Switzerland within 60 days of the end of the U River Cruises holiday, as it is important that you provide us the information quickly. Please quote your booking reference number and all relevant information. Failure to follow this procedure may delay or deny us the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem, which may affect the way your complaint is dealt with and your rights under this contract.
We are a Member of ABTA, membership number Y6200. We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA’s Code of Conduct. We can also offer you ABTA’s scheme for the resolution of disputes which is approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. If we can’t resolve your complaint, go to www.abta.com to use ABTA’s simple procedure. Further information on the Code and ABTA’s assistance in resolving disputes can be found on www.abta.com.
We provide full financial protection for our package holidays.
When you by an ATOL protected air holiday package, flight and/or “flight plus” holiday from U River Cruises you will receive an ATOL certificate from us (or via our authorized agent through which you booked), confirming your protection under our Air Travel Organizers’ License number 10975. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong.
We or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or suitable alternative). In some cases, where we nor the suppliers are able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree that to accept in those circumstances the alterative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable).
If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in return for such payment or benefit you assign absolutely to those Trustees any claims which you have or may have arising out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claims against us the Travel Agent (or the credit issuer where applicable). You also agree that any such claims may be re-assigned to another body, if that body has paid sums you have claimed under the ATOL scheme.
Each guest is required to comply with the terms, conditions, requirements, laws, rules and/or regulations of any service provider, or any country or governmental authority, and shall be liable for any such non-compliance.
When you buy a package holiday that does not include a flight, protection is provided by way of a bond held by ABTA.
Important Note: It is the guests’ responsibility to ensure all necessary visas are obtained prior to departure and their passport is valid as per the laws of the country that they are travelling in or through, We do not accept any responsibility and will not make any refunds if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport visa or immigration requirements or if you have lost or mislaid any necessary documents (including travel documentarian).
